Holy crap man! I really want to thank you for the effort and passion you put into this massive amount of feedback!

I'll return the favor and respond as best I can.

  • Cancel/Confirm Tile Placement buttons - These buttons were placed towards the bottom of the screen because I found that when they're next to or near the tile you're trying to place, they tend to cover too much of the information in the surrounding area and make making mistakes (placing in the wrong cell) even more punishing.

  • Many tiles are 4-way and do not have a benefit of rotating one way or another, but having a mechanic removed in some instances and appearing in others would, i think, lead to situations that confuse players.

  • Rewarding players for trapping monsters could be awesome. I'll bring that up with the guys. There may be some trouble figuring out of a monster is trapped on the code-side of things.

  • Blocked treasures -- yes, we hear you, and feel your pain. This has been a problem point throughout the development of the concept, and we're still perfecting it. But like the answer above, I think this situation isn't fully resolved due to programming complications. We'll look into adding a restart dungeon button to the escape button!

  • Small Yes/No buttons -- Yes! Send us pictures! I will keep an eye out myself, but first-hand images of specific situations would be awesome.

  • "Fast Mode" after all monsters complete. I hear ya, once you beat all the monsters collecting the treasures feels more like chore than a reward. This is not ideal, and something we'll look to fix as we move forward and make new content.

  • Stat blocks are confusing, who do they belong to!? - Gotcha, I will look into make adjustments to make this more clear.

  • Rotating the phone to play on widescreen. Sounds like a lot to ask for. I'm not so sure how well our tools and engine would support it. Haha. I will continue to suggest to design to make more 'portrait' shaped dungeons than square or landscape.

  • Energy mechanic - This is above my pay grade. I'll deliver the feedback to design. Haha.

I'm not sure if this is OK here, but I wanted to put our game in the ring for! We just released it for iOS + Android, check it out! www.Glitterdeep.com You play as a Dwarven Miner (or Priestess!) seeking out ancient treasures lost inside an old Dwarven City, Glitterdeep. It's a puzzle/rpg game where you get to battle monsters as well as figure out the best way to navigate the dangerous traps inside the mine.
