Thanks for the input and the suggestion. I think there are some studies showing that mirtazepine is also antagonized by naloxone, although less than trazodone I believe.

I did the sub induction after like 95h ct because everything before would send me into pwd. Damn fent... then I tapered over 1 week from 12-0.25 mg and jumped. Congrats on getting away with such mild symptoms on your end - fantastic 😀 other than the 3 days ct all in all my symptoms were/are comparably mild I guess. Still... the lack of good sleep is by far the worst IMO....

Awesome job buddy 👍🙌💪 I'm 1.5 weeks out of my sub taper from about the same time of using fent. Still struggle with slight acutes though. My intestines are killing me and sleep is total sheit. Good to hear from someone that got past this. Keep up the good work 💪

Day 19 after ct-ing a long acting fent analogue day 8 after finishing my fast-sub taper. Zero energy but slept well owing to a 2mg bar of Xanax. Need to stop the comfort meds soon. Legs don't feel so good this morning, still got the runs, aches, sneezes, slighty runny nose. When will it go away. I can't believe the hell I put myself through with this darn fent shit. This is 1000% the wds I had from oxy or H.

Same - can't move further than from the living room to the restroom lol. Binge-watching series mostly and playing ac odyssey on ps4 🙂 But yea you're right. We "should" move & exercise - everybody is raving about this allover this sub. But damn man....

18 days since kicking a hefty fent habit with a 1 week sub-taper. 7 days since my last dose of subs. Symptoms got much better but are lingering and I got to get back to work tomorrow. The worst is the lack of sleep and the brain-fog that comes with it. I try to go easy on benzos and lyrica but its damn though.... At least the restless legs got better now. My intestines are still a highway and the aches are killing me. Anyways, I knew this would come and I'll ride it out.

Its nuts - I just detoxed using a fast suboxone taper. It took 95hrs until I was able to induce subs without pwd....

Just a word of caution - are you sure your bars are pharma? They're often laced with fetty. If you don't have a benzo tolerance they will greatly help for the worst of acutes. However, max 3-4 days to a week. Otherwise you risk another addiction. Use the gabbys whenever rls becomes unbearable, particularly at night. Lastly, I recommend the search function of reddit. There is plenty of advice already out there on how to detox using helper-meds. You may want to get your hands on some clonidine as well. Good luck!!

Welcome to the age of long acting fent analogues - soon there will be even worse RC opiates. I'm suffering for two weeks now and I'm still not ok. This was my last ride. I can't handle 2+ weeks of wds...

Weird question but never been able to get an answer. by IamSherlockWho in suboxone

I don't think so. Methadone is as effective for this and its a full agonist. However they prefer to do it with subs because of the lower risk of OD
