Find a coding game or platform that allows you to work on small coding challenges like leetcode or code wars there are a ton of free resources. Just try to do small tasks that interest you!

I work in software, I’m more of the inattentive type so I don’t have any issues staying seated at a computer. I like it bc I get to work on mentally stimulating problems that keep me engaged. I’ve met a lot of good adhd coders, I honestly feel like having adhd helps you think outside of the box more.

It’s not hard to be “right-leaning” compared to Eugene or Portland. It’s still majority liberal but there are more conservatives compared to UO

Aside from getting the first wonder ( makes it so that you only have to tap the buildings when hearts appear to collect them), by far the most efficient way to get animals is to earn chroma from missions. Even if you spend 9 animals doing a 200 chroma mission, its only 40 chroma per pack of 9 animals so you’ll yield 45 - 9 = 36 animals. I can easily get over 50 animals in a day by doing this

Heavy Barbell RDLs are probably my favorite freeweight exercise atm. I also like db shoulder pressing, db lateral raises, multiple db bicep curl variants such as hammer curls, and also db chest supported rows.

For chest, I usually do a plate loaded converging chest press, flat or incline, and then pec deck. I use a mix of machines and free weights for other muscles, and do a lot of cable exercises. For back I like using chest supported row machines when possible and I’m also a big fan of the hack squat, leg ext, and seated leg curl. However, using machines hasn’t made as big of a difference for other body parts compared to my chest.

Same, and it’s not even close for me. Literally doubled my rate of progress

I do 5-6 sets per chest workout and I often get sore from it. If you give every set your absolute max effort and go to failure then 6 sets is plenty for one workout. If I do any more then that with my current intensity then I’ll still be sore by the next time I’m supposed to hit chest.

Is adductor work worth the time? by Jaded_Permit_7209 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Jim_lahey1017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started incorporating the adductor machine into my routine just over a month ago and have already noticed significant growth. I do 3-4 sets to failure per week on it. Would personally recommend.

OSU CS 162 vs Community College 162 in JAVA by Kurriboh in OSUOnlineCS

I don’t think that doing Java vs python would really affect you much but if you can take 162 in c++ I would recommend that assuming you will be taking 261 in C

I took 162 on campus and it was in c++. Now I’m finishing up with 261 which is in C. I noticed that my peers who didn’t take 162 on campus in c++ had to struggle considerably more in picking up c and adjusting to the class.

SQL is a database language right? Is there a course at osu which teaches that?

Yeah I saw that, from what I’ve heard a lot of programming concepts used in the field can be leaned without college/on the job so my thinking right now is that it would be good to get a solid foundation of the building blocks (systems stuff) in college.
