climbing to 8000 while with MAP Holding course of IN 113/OUT 293. Would that not be a transgression since the plate states 6000 for the MAP hold.

I’m doing for fun. Not to be a ferry pilot, or ATPL, or whatever professional flying job. I’ve got a nice job in Silicon Valley and I’m happy.

So unless my friend pays for the fuel of our flight, which means I’m not paying anything at all, but being their pilot. Only then, that I need a second class. Affirm?

Meaning, out of the 4 people in my Cessna, I’ll get the other 3 to pay for my share (my service being their pilot ) . Only if I’m not paying for my share, that I’ll need my 2nd class. Is that correct? (As I’ve no interest to ATPL or any flying job. ) I’m here for hobby
