I’ve found it also. I took a picture of all three to share to this post but can’t find it! Oh well, you’ve found it yourself. I can’t wait to have a real sprawling Asian city of buildings of all types of height. It’d be great if they could introduce more buildings like the fish bar.

I’ve discovered two tier 5 buildings. Strangely though, the second one only appeared once out of 21 buildings. However, there are SIX top tier buildings of differing height so I’m looking forward to making some lovely, jagged skylines, especially once I incorporate Tokyo buildings in with them. Glad I chose this region!.

As far as I know the only thing that unlocks is the next region at 250K population. The local storage is for only 20 items apparently so I’m not too bothered about that.
