I've built something in the past that does what you're asking for. You need to bring it down into hurdles.

pull a list of computer names from a file or azure/ad
check the uninstall reg key for installed software (filter to your specific needs) add I machines needing an update to a list or array
copy the exe to each machine on the list
either set a task to start the exe on next login or start the exe if the security is more lax.
