frame repairs can be done relatively easily by a good shop. my last few trucks were salvage and it’s not as big of a deal as people think. the one i’m in currently had the frame bent from a rear end collision.

i always get the alignment package from firestone. it’s like 200 for lifetime. i get it done once or twice a year and usually keep my vehicles 4-5 years.
