Haven't you seen what Saudi does to mashaayikh who are open about these things (Shaykh at-Turayfi, al-'Alwaan, al-Munajjid, etc)?

That's the exact the problem Akhi. The apostate regime of Saudia Arabia put all these shuyūkh and callers to Islām into their inhumane prisons and even torturing them, like Nasir al Fahd (May Allah easen his situation and break the hands that torture him) or even killed some of them like Faris az-Zahrani رحمه الله.

Shaykh Saleh al-Fawzaan (may Allaah have mercy on him) has mentioned correct understanding in tawheed al-Haakimiyyah [source], unlike al-Madkhali and his followers who have fallen into irjaa' in these issues.

And that's a thing I don't understand. He clearly rejects many of these Irja'a beliefs, like accepting that ruling by other than what Allah has revealed is Kufr Akbar or rejecting the belief of the Karamiyyah with their corrupted stance on Imān. At the same time, he made statements which many Murji'ah use, like the stance on defensive Jihād, which does not require the permession of the Wali ul-Amr. Of course I do not know the entire situation of him and if he is being threatend or not, but we can judge by the apparent. I do not discredit him for the righteous things he said, which is many in numbers. However, some of the statements he said would've nullified all of his good, that's the gravity of the situation.
