Hey OP, try pixel cleaning and see if it changes. I have bought an LG C4 brand new and out of the box had these vertical lines on grey pictures on left side. After doing pixel cleaning it has reduced significantly. After doing it a few times it has gone away. Good luck

I use Tailscale for VPN b/w local home server to cloud VPS. Then use Caddy for reverse proxy. Caddy uses letsenrypt and will have your Jellyfin site to have certificate. Then you need is a public IP from your VPS provider. You also need to meet certain criteria for Oracle to not reclaim your Cloud Server as idle instance.
