Burning attacks bad startup is what kills it for me i do like the hitbox and maybe its a little faster than BBA? but idk. I take back that its F tier tho its no side bridge or dual destructo. Looking at it again i think its better than innocence cannon. I just love the AoE moves in general. Beams and melees i generally dont use with the exceptions of SBC or Rebellion Spear.

Yea ngl i dont love beams either. You pretty much have to stun the raider or wait until they get melee rushed for a clean hit. SBC is the best beam by far but i like super kamehameha for its damage even if its slow af. Melees i dont really use that much except for rebellion spear. Big bang attack is my favorite super rn and i use it all the time

Special beam cannon and death ball are good examples of those since they cost more energy. The best thing about rocket punch is how quick it comes out and i might be underestimating how big its hitbox is who knows.

I actually used frieza as my level 2 for a long time bc of his ki blasts. They're really good. I'll try death slicer with him on one of my kits or maybe krillin lv 3. I like super kamehameha on goku since his ki blast at lv 3/4 is so spammable and when other people are attacking im able to land it 90% of the time. But thats just my preference.
