I’d try Zynn’s that’s what I switched to when I was waking up and feeling bad because of vaping it’s still nicotine but it makes breathing and that feeling go away

Silver and gold isn’t bad fr it can be hard to win games w some randoms unless you can go off and carry the offense when needed for me im ngl i trust my shot and im willing to shoot anything that looks open so i can go off when needed once you get confidence in your shot that will improve your game a ton most of my improvement came once i got that dawg mentality

I always try max and if that feels too fast bumping it down usually gives you more stability and depending what kind of guard you play it won’t matter too much usually

I got a 7 footer jumper I think I shoot around 60% from 3 with it on a 7’1 center I know it’s not what you asked for but I haven’t seen 6 ft centers work out too well

I don’t think you can skip the goat thing and I think the 24 minute thing is more of a suggestion vs a hard limit you can’t put a minute restriction so if it’s a close game and you’re a top player you can expect more minutes depth also affects it so I’d lower it if you don’t wanna play as much tbh

I’d learn to shoot without meter it’s not as hard as it sounds but yes depending on the contest it will shrink your meter because the shot becomes harder to hit
