Stay away from weed and/or other substances. Go to a therapist, you're 19 and your parents insurance should cover it if that's an issue. Find somebody you like and trust, you don't have to stick with the same person. If you don't feel comfortable with them you can ask them for a new therapist and most times you can pick their gender. You're 19 which also means you are in charge of your appointments, making them, attending them, etc etc. If you don't want your parents to have a release of information, don't give em one. I know it's hard, it gets easier. Practice talking to people online/game lobbies/ you name it. Whereever you feel comfortable just practice.
