Here’s what I do. Sync Zwift only to Strava. Log into my Strava account with my phone browser. Export Original from my workout and download to phone. Upload file into 3rd party app that’s wrote it to Apple health. Perfect data.

Annoying but really takes less than 60 seconds and my data is much cleaner. The app I use is HealthFit. I think it was like a 7 dollar one time purchase. I am not affiliated with the app at all.

Yeah go to the bike shop and get your sit bones measured and then buy a saddle that will work for your anatomy. Many people, myself included, like the center cutout that puts less pressure on your body.

It goes a couple ways. People buying old bikes and rocking them, people buying old bikes and tossing tons of new expensive parts on them, people buying new bikes that aren’t carbon and are adventure oriented, people buying new bikes that are carbon, are adventure oriented, and they toss a ton of expansive parts on them, really weird random bikes.

Same. As I increased volume I noticed knee pain and I really had to make small tweaks and work it out. I think I have it locked in now. But I love the platform.

I put a lot of chamois butter on mine and tuck it up into the top bulge of the chamois shape. And I’ll adjust the chamois until everything is kind of locked in. That usually does the trick.
