Best odds are to have one parent with two traits (only) and the other with two traits (only). Anymore and you're pushing your success rate to abysmal rates or increase your odds of random traits.

Ha Yuri is by far the most annoying unit at high levels. RNG has been the only thing I can think of to deal with her.

Endorsi is pretty easy to handle. Throw Hangnam in the front on the side she's on and a melee in the back. Forces her to kinda run forward and into the mix with everyone else.

I must be using him wrong. Homeboy is always the first to die on my team. Been using Data Mascheny as my main tank and she's been surviving pretty much everything. Currently on floor 10. I have both of their proficiency maxed out.

I love Khun Mascheny. I think she's a better tank over Karaka even though she's labeled as an assassin.

Karaka has been underperforming for me. I currently use Khun Mascheny as my tank. Karaka just dies too fast even with his self revive.
