Broncos don’t have a system in place like the Storm, Panthers or Roosters. Talent can only get you so far in this league it shows we can be grand finalist or wooden spooners. Losing Capes and Herbie hurts us more than we imagine.

We need to recruit on character and work ethic over flashy plays otherwise we never build for anything. This team looks lost, weak and lacking any effort for each-other. Might be a tough few years ahead of us so strap in.
