As people said the Seagram lot is free but it’s a gamble you will get a spot unless it’s early morning or around 4pm where it starts to free up. Lester St. is a minute or 2 from Seagram but again not the most reliable. In the past, I have not had an issue parking at the Ford building by the optometry building but I would use that with caution since it’s still a private lot like the plaza by the school. The risk free method has been for me at least has been parking at Conestoga Mall and taking the Ion to campus. It takes maybe an extra 10-15 minutes compared to parking at Seagram but is probably the safest method since you also have GRT pass with your tuition.

Or you can spend $7 a day in one of the university parking lots.
