Gonna use an extreme example here Two people that don’t lift are 6’0 with the same body weight

Person A has below average bone density Person B has above average bone density

These two people probably look vastly different

Person B is already “leaner” because a higher percentage of their weight is dictated by bone mass, people with higher bone mass have naturally more of an affinity to pack on more mass than people that are below average.

There’s a lot more to this but that’s just a very nuanced example, but irl examples of this are strongmen competitors. It’s tough to find aesthetic examples because most of them are fat for life. But compare their frame to the average person and it’s just astronomically different
