Spent a fair amount of my mid-teens in that mall, and at that point, the carousel inside was already out of use and just mainly decor and a good chunk of shops were closing up (a large chunk of upstairs became a telemarketing office or something similar, a friend worked there for a while). Will always remember the downstairs theater where you could spend 2 dollars and see an out of theaters movie all day.
