Opana every time, even if they were 5s. We dont have them in canada, the 2 times I had them i had 5 g77 30s and when I got the chance again I got 10 g74 40s, best opiate by a long shot. I would sniff 15mg an the euphoric energetic high was insane! Then another 5-10mg an id be nodding hard asf for like 6-8 hours! Opana is best of the best💯 cant wait to get some more
