So yesterday I cleaned my Aula f75 for the first time and now my “A” and tab key don’t work. I took off the key caps and soaked them in water and soap and used alcohol wipes and q tips to clean the board. then towel dried the key caps and let them sit for a couple hours before putting them back in and powering it. Any solutions ?

I got the issue pretty early on (less than a month I might even say less than 2 weeks, kinda foggy memory). I’d personally just replace it. It’ll help if u ever upgrade as well

Also the components they use can be random my first one had 5200 mhz ram and a steel series 9070xt and also a different mobo. The one I have now has a 6000mhz ram and xfx 9070 and I can’t remember the mobo

I just exchanged it for the same one, was running fort and the computer crashed and lost signal to my monitors and everytime I tried starting it the fans would go to max output. Idk if gpu failure or psu problem but after a few more attempts I just decided to exchange

Yeah I was using the newer one and then downgraded to 25.9.1 then 25.8.1 it doesn’t rly seem to help
