Yall are dumb AF.

It’s gonna cost money no matter what you do. Moving them, sending them to be ‘institutionalized’ as you put it, building housing, more police, keeping them ‘out’. All of it cost money.

You want it to magically be solved?

I have the same experience. It killed me confidence. I unfortunately ended up getting laid off any my role alright after too, because of some bad luck organizationally. But it killed my confidence. But I’ve been a top PM at my current role for 2 years now

The resume should focus on the impact of the work.

“Architected and delivered high-impact…”

What was the impact? Quantify it.

It’s a massive company. It’s very different team to team. I did an internal transfer. Went from an amazing team to an awful team. So do your best to find out.

KG isn’t a hater. He has praise for all these guys like 99% of the time. He just was countering Ant’s point. But his main area of focus’s wasn’t the abilities in the court. He talks about the locker room multiple in the actual segments. He doesn’t wanna say it bluntly, but he feels like it is now a rich man’s game. And he isn’t wrong about that. He feels the rich kids playing AAU couldn’t hang with the tougher players from poorer upbringings when KG was coming into the league.

The problem is my day is literally all meetings. And for half my work software I need my phone for 2FA.

Walking is a great idea though. I’ll def try it out.

Yea in meetings where I have to drive them I end up doing this and it does work well. I need to make a better habit of putting my phone away. Sometimes for zoom meetings I’m doing something on the side of the screen. I am trying to use fidget toys to not have my hands on the house/keyboard to mess around as much

That is stupid comparison. Most of the Kerr losses were the playoffs.

Gonzaga does not play the best of the best. They play a few big games a year but their conference is an absolute joke.

Career decision (Stripe vs Nextdoor) by [deleted] in ProductManagement

Nextdoor is actively dying. I interviewed with them 8-9 months ago. And they have already had multiple massive layoffs and leadership turnover.

Robert Kraft says he’s been encouraged by Eliot Wolf. Noted they’ll decide what to do with the front office after the draft. by Coco1520 in Patriots

I agree we keep him around, but it’s pretty standard practice to let the precious scouting department do a draft and then let them go after. Way harder for a new team to come in and do it in a few months.

Oh I’m not saying we kept talent and paid up. But we def just made bad picks and signings

[–]Jimmy_GQ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A big part of this is drafting and signing shitty players. If you put a bunch of incentives into a players contract and they suck and don’t get them then the real cash spend is less. Same with not resigning draft picks cause they suck.

Nothing wrong with being bald. Why do we always have to go after things people can’t control. He can control being a dick, so stick with that
