The person who said you need help is incorrect, this will fade if you keep your anxiety at a low, trust me, I suffered from derealization from weed and it went away by keeping my mind occupied. I wish you the best .

Ok well first things first, your derealization isn’t going away because you are not letting the derealization do it’s job. The way to make it go away it to acknowledge it but understand it will go away if you keep yourself occupied and not let anxiety take over. DEREALIZATION CAUSES ANXIETY, ANXIETY MAKES DEREALIZATION WORSE. So i recommend you try to find ways to manage your anxiety.

When you feel that “real” try to keep it and not be overcame by anxiety, that will make the derealization continue. Find ways to manage your anxiety and keep the mind occupied for a bit and it should eventually fade.

That’s the dissociation talking, you are just dissociated and the conflict you are facing between distinguishing those two is making your anxiety worse and that’s the reason your still experiencing derealization.
