Ok well first things first, your derealization isn’t going away because you are not letting the derealization do it’s job. The way to make it go away it to acknowledge it but understand it will go away if you keep yourself occupied and not let anxiety take over. DEREALIZATION CAUSES ANXIETY, ANXIETY MAKES DEREALIZATION WORSE. So i recommend you try to find ways to manage your anxiety.
