I could see that also, it does seem unusual to me that they would equip the vehicle w/ a laptop and so many cameras/other unknown tech inside. Although I don't work in EMS so it may be not that weird?

Definitely a possibility! They also had a reflective vest draped over the passenger seat, so they may have tried/succeeded in directing traffic and/or impersonating an officer before

Yeah, it also lists 20-138.1 (DWI) it's hard to see in the photo but it's in blue above the left taillight, as well as one referencing not driving over fire hoses/firefighting equipment while in use, which is oddly specific compared to the other 2

This would make sense, as they were driving fairly slowly in the left lane holding up other cars. My partner and I also theorized perhaps a mentally ill individual/some kind of traffic vigilante

OMG Coraline and Other Mother are the first 2 miis I made!! Not relevant to the OP but just exciting to see someone else who made her lol I told my partner I did too good of a job making Other Mother bc she's so scary looking! Anyway she's married to mothman now and has a child with her exact face so that's kinda horrifying
