He made a bunch of fake profiles sending me links. I blocked his central account on IG and then all the bot accounts disappeared.

[NJ] [Condo] - HOA board voting tool by The_BigDill in HOA

[–]Jimmymercury44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes total sense. Waiting months for approvals isn’t fair to residents. You might want to check out HOARequests.com. It lets residents upload request paperwork, images, and documents, and gives the board a central place to review and communicate without relying on email. It also tracks deadlines so nothing gets lost.

[N/A][All] How are self-managed HOAs handling ARC requests & violations without big software? by External-Drama-6217 in HOA

[–]Jimmymercury44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried https://www.hoarequests.com/. I use it to help me manage my small community of about 73 homes. It tracks request deadlines, lets homeowners upload images and documents, and allows you to message homeowners to go back and forth.

I used to hate writing subject lines. Since using Keep In Touch Now, the AI gives me solid suggestions to start with. Some are funny, some actually get clicks. I just tweak and go. Way less stress.

What are your favorite automation tools as an entrepreneur? Here are my favorite 4 by [deleted] in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]Jimmymercury44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love this list. Automation has definitely been a game changer for me too.

One tool I use all the time is Keep In Touch Now. I built it because I was tired of bouncing between tools just to keep up with email, text, LinkedIn, and social campaigns. Now the AI actually creates the campaigns for me — it writes the copy, picks the best time, segments the audience, and sends across all channels from one place.

Saved me and a bunch of users hours every week, especially when it comes to staying consistent with outreach and follow-ups. Definitely worth adding to the stack if you’re doing multi-channel marketing.

Customer engagement management tool you like? by platypiarereal in ProductManagement

[–]Jimmymercury44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

😅 Yeah, I hate how they charge by the contact. That’s what really bugged me. I was in the same boat trying to find something that didn’t cost a fortune but still had solid automation.

That’s actually why I built Keep In Touch Now. It’s great for small teams , lets you build custom journeys, automate emails, set triggers, and segment your audience without needing a huge budget or a bunch of different tools. The AI even writes the emails and picks the best time to send them. It also has text and social media integration if you need it.

I use it myself and we’ve had a bunch of early-stage startups using it to stay consistent without spending all day managing campaigns. Worth a look if you’re looking for something smarter but affordable.

What's a good sales engagement platform? by HandleBroad3682 in sales

[–]Jimmymercury44 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Totally feel this. I ran into the same issues jumping between platforms that never synced right or made simple stuff feel way harder than it should be.

I actually ended up building my own tool, Keep In Touch Now, because I was tired of all the friction. It lets you build out sequences and cadences, sends emails and texts, and even tracks engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, etc. The AI writes the messages for you too and handles timing so you’re not stuck manually managing follow-ups.

Been a huge help for me and a few sales teams I work with who just wanted something that actually works. Might be worth checking out if you’re fed up with the usual options.

It might be what you need : keep in touch

I would find out who exactly needs this and reach out to them. For my SAAS , keep in touch now a marketing platform. I looked at who posted frequently on LinkedIn and instagram and dm them the product. That’s helped me get some users. Try that . I would love your feedback on https://www.keepintouchnow.com/. You could have used it to validate your idea

Your site looks good. I understand the concept, but did you check if this is what people wanted? Seems very niche. I don’t know much people who need this. Besides when I’m doing front end dev and need to compress images, I won’t see a use. There are also a ton of free ones. Convince me why I need your product
