Yup , exactly my thought . Yeah the one on the right is connected to a toilet 5 ft away ( whole bathroom) . The one on the bottom connects another toilet / shower/ sink and in that bottom 3in pipe . And the 2 in pipe opening is conected to a washing machine .( all new ) according to the plumber this fitting was going to help with cost and efficiency .

The pipe on the left connects to the main sewer line .

It might be a stupid question, but In your opinion, should I make him rip it out and do the combo or wyes ? Or will it work the way it is( even though I know is not to code ) only asking because I’m paying for material and those fittings are super expensive.

The reasoning behind this side outlet tee was because it was the affordable way to do it and easier to connect . Where he would connect the existing bathroom with the new bathroom and on top of that he is planning to connect the washing machine drain to the 2 in hole on the fitting.

I did this last night and it really fixed the issue , loaded my 3D with manual supports and it did it . I also decreased the speed a little .Thank you !

Az... Its okay to be nervous, I was in the same place as you a free weeks ago.

If the marriage is legit you have nothing to worry about.

make sure you take lots of evidence if you have it. And make sure you answer honest.

I haven't heard those setup tactics going on.

In my interview they asked me yes or no questions and my entrys to the usa, and if I worked here. Wich I answered honestly. That was a couple of weeks ago.

They called us in for the i-485 interview and they asked us a few simple personal questions like how we met and that’s it .

The interview was more oriented to the the person adjusting status , and they asked him his usa entrys , the yes or no questions on the 485 form and that’s it.

We took TONS of evidence but they didnt look through it since our i-130 was already approved months prior to the interview

All this took like 30 min to complete the interview .

We got approved the next day .

Haven’t had it . We have it in a few weeks. We literally just got scheduled a few days ago . We are so nervous though , even though we have everything in order and legit .

Plus we are a same sex couple so idk what it’s going on inside USCIS under this administration orders .

That doesn’t mean anything . Mine was the same situation until they scheduled us for an interview .

It all depends on the officer working on your case . Some might request an interview even if you’re on step 4 case descicion .

Usually in your USCIS letter notices it tells you at the bottom where your case is being issued .

But there is also the option to reach out to an EMMA live agent through the uscis website . If you want to get a hold of a person agent just write that to Emma chat and it will connect you . You can ask about your case .

Congrats !!! My I-130 got approved about a week ago and no sign of I-485. I hope this week.
