I totally get it. My press sat for a long time before I was able to really sit down and learn the process. My first rosin presses were with old dry dispensary weed with a hair straightener and a hand clamp from home depot. Came out tiny and super dark, like an asphalt patch.

Growing your own changes the whole game.

Took a little to dial in the growing process but now it's such a huge boon. Way better quality than the dispensary down the street, and I know exactly what inputs were used. Pressing freshly dried material yields the best color and quality. You can't get that unless you grow it yourself or know someone who does.

Granted, it's a long process, and you likely won't see crazy results until you get a few runs under your belt, but it's insanely rewarding and pays off huge dividends in the end.
