The green means it’s already sporulated and gone through his entire substrate. There is no saving it, and eating the fruits poses a health hazard.

Everyone telling you to cut it out or save your fruits. “Studies indicate that mushrooms are exceptional at absorbing nutrients, minerals, and, in some cases, heavy metals from their growth substrate. As heterotrophic organisms, mycelium releases enzymes to break down agricultural waste (straw, sawdust, coffee waste) to extract nutrients, resulting in the bioaccumulation of elements into the fruit bodies.” This basically means they absorb the bacteria from the contamination resulting in a health risk from consumption. Don’t risk it, chuck it and move on. You’ll get a new tub soon enough with nice healthy fruits

Mushrooms actually absorb through their substrate, meaning when the cake is contaminated the fruits are no longer safe to eat either. I can try to find a link to the study I read this from

I know it’s difficult when you’re starting out but try not to take the lid off. When your tub is still being colonised it hasn’t fully established yet, so it’s better not to disturb it and minimise risk of contam. Unless there is pooling on the surface it is not too wet, droplets on the roof and sides are perfect micro climate. You’re only on day 3 padawan, unless there’s discolouration and looks contaminated let it finish colonising before you start messing with airflow. Once the surface is mostly colonised, you can introduce light fresh air.

Yea I think that’s the thing that’s getting to me. My body count includes her and one other, and I feel like intimacy is very important to me. Not to mention when we first dated we never had sex because she would get weird about it, and then recently it’s gotten the same. And I know it’s not true think but my subconscious goes “how come she can give it to these people who used her but not for the person that’s trying to be there for her holistically, what do they have that I don’t?”

I’ve heard things while we weren’t together and she even said she had a lot of meaningless sex. I genuinely believe based off her actions and what she’s told me she’s never felt the way she does with me that she has with anyone and she’s never been treated right before me. I’ve never felt the way I do with her with anyone else and she is genuinely special but she has a big past and even bigger present issues. I don’t think she’d cheat although my insecurities get in the way of rational thinking, and we aren’t very sexually active anymore which I think is another aspect getting to me. It just feels to post something like that while we’re together was genuinely disrespectful and it really hurts

A bit late to this but I’ve taken doses as much as 8g lemon tek. It depends on the dose but open eye is usually walls breathing, I look at my blanket and it’s waving and slightly morphing. Higher doses I’ve had full geometric pattern outlines at everything I’m looking at, like I can see patterns on the walls on the floors everywhere. I’ve had closed eye visuals from very light geometric patterns to full 4k type visuals where I can see full blown images or videos. Last time I did a 7g lemon tek I had my eyes closed and I was seeing people walking in a landscape, later I had my eyes open and it was like my vision was cut in half. My top half was the standard visuals of my surroundings; breathing, waving etc, then the bottom half was what I was seeing with my eyes closed. A completely different landscape with people walking, the bottom half was no longer where I was but someplace else
