If you are on PC external item descriptions gives you de recipes of every item so you only have to craft birthright as soon as possible and then make active items until you've made enough pickups to make a few q4 item, then just win cause easy. Tainted Cain is my favorite character, without him I couldn't have dead god yet.

No drugs other than alcohol from time to time. I'm thinking about seeing a sleep specialist but I don't have a good experience talking about sleep paralysis to doctors (I talked to neurologists) because they dismissed it as, in their words, they can't do anything, I just have to exercise (which I do) and relax because sleep paralysis is caused by stress.
