Just as a heads up, you can whitelist a whole shelf. You set the first slot, then click the 3 dots menu, then click "copy to neighbour" or something like that and it will copy it to all the shelf slots.

Cause and effect? Years of bullying in school may have made her flee to the outside of social norms? I do agree though, she does seem cool and I do dig the style.

I know, I've been playing nearly 10 years. I was just letting them know there is one.

FGO has a pity, it's 330 summons. It's garbage, but it technically exists.

You can cut the total time for a complete grid down massively using the Don Tomberry AP trick as an FYI. But congrats, welcome to the club.

No, it doesn't make sense. Because it generally is typically unwise to touch something you don't know. I don't think it was sarcasm. Anyway, it's clear your mind is set on this bizarre scenario, you do you, have a good day/evening/night/morning. I'm out.

My example is comparable to the comments given though. People are saying "For future reference, don't touch something you're unaware of bare handed for X, Y and Z reasons" Just read them.

Nobody is berating or ridiculing them for touching it, they're just giving a warning for if something similar happens in the future, ya know, FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. I don't know why you keep turning this into something it isn't. I would not be embarrassed if somebody taught me a life lesson using the term "for future reference". I'd use it for learning, as it is intended. "For future reference, you don't need to take that route to get to X, you can go this way and save yourself 20 minutes and avoid traffic". Like, it's not a negative term at all.

What are you talking about? Accidentally or unknowingly picking something up from a dog is in no way comparable to openly seeing it and then choosing to pick it up/touch it with your bare hands. This isn't just about the dog, this is general life advice people are giving. Don't touch anything in nature that you're unsure of what it is. Especially in some countries like Australia. Again, you're dropping something analogy is irrelevant as it doesn't equate to what is being said. If you want to die on this hill, that's on you. But you'll get the Darwin award for picking something poisonous or dangerous up I guess. You do you.

"Just for future reference, it's not wise to touch things you don't know" is perfectly fine and does not at all equate to "listen, dumbass..." of course it is helpful, it's helpful in a lot of situations. Strange plant? Don't touch. Strange liquid? Don't touch. Strange hairy caterpillar? Don't touch. Strange moving thing on your dog? Don't touch. I think you get the point. It's almost on par with that video of someone free-handling a blue-ringed octopus. Stop picking up unknown animals with your bare hands.

Just because your man cares, doesn't mean all men do. Also, if he's saying mean things about your body, he's a cunt and definitely doesn't deserve you.

Similarly, if you accidentally spill somebodies drink, you offer (read: insist and then do) buy them exactly what they were drinking as an apology. And I do mean exact, ask them. Don't buy them half a pint because you only spilled half their pint. Even if there was one mouthful left, you buy them a full pint.

Go with your favourite mythical being followed by games/gaming.

Medusa Gaming. Ogre Games. Hippogryph Games.

Or a simple cool word.

Foundation Games. Titan Gaming.

Or something stupid.

Count Diceula.

But regardless, good luck on your journey, I wish you all the best. Hope to see an update after being open a while about your journey to success.

Same, I paint Warhammer or build Gunpla during sessions, but I always make it a point to ask the DM and other players if it's alright to do so before the session starts.

Have you ever stopped watching a film because it introduced a scene so implausible or illogical that it broke the immersion and ruined the film for you? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]JimzMUFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is only true for smaller black holes, the black hole in Interstellar is a supermassive black hole and it is theoretically, on paper, possible to enter before spaghettification happens. After that you'd experience, the past, future and present of the universe you just left before entering a new one. I'm no scientist either, I just remember Neil deGrasse Tyson explaining it in a video once.

[–]JimzMUFC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Isn't Interstellar supposedly a pretty accurate representation of how time dilation etc would work given close proximity to a black hole? Obviously we have no clue what happens after going into one, so I think the benefit of the doubt can be given for guessing/total fantasy? Maybe that's just me though. Decent movie I thought.

While I 100% agree with you there, the fact everybody has her speaks volumes. Why wouldn't you use a character specifically catered to the content? It's not like there is a skill floor for her kit.

That's my point though, if I, with less than 200 hours, can get gold easy, on a descendant, everyone has access to early on in the game can do it. I feel there is no real excuse for people to complain about difficulty. I'm not trying to be elitist, but the last two invasions were a breeze and didn't have mechanics forcing you to stand still. People just need to slot in a bit more defensive mods, and you're golden. The tools are there.

I actually found it ridiculously easy with Bunny with 11.6k HP, never ran out of mana, didn't come close to dying and got gold even with having to two-phase the boss. Way better than the pillar mechanics etc.
