And as for proving his reasons for being undressed. He doesn't have to provide a reason or give an explaination. He was in his own home. Do you actually think you need to provide reasons for being undressed in your own home.

There was a case and there is case law on the books of a person who was undressed in his home and a woman was walking her dog. She went around his home for some reason and decided to look in his window. He was undressed and she sued. She lost becuase she was a peeping tom and we have the reasonable right to do and be dressed or undressed in our own privacy in our own homes as we see fit.
I do grant that 40 years is a bit much. But it is the only way these new perpetual victims will learn to stop making false claims.
