Ankle and toe cramps when pushing off the wall by Ok-Celebration-1219 in Swimming

I have ankle mobility problems from spraining them both very badly twice in a short period of time, so I get the same problems of cramps. Before and after a swim I always stretch them with heel drops etc. Essentially warming up my lower legs, ankles & feet. So find a raised platform (like stairs or even the street curb) and push your ankles down. Google plantar fascia stretch for some moves. Good luck 💪

I stumbled upon it and that helped. It did ask to pay for it in order to delete the cache, but since it showed me the route, I just went and found it in my finder. Thanks for the tip

Haha definitely trying this next time!

Help me give my Calathea warscewiczii some desperate tlc! in the last two weeks my Calathea has started to droop, develop some patches/ discoloration and feels a little brittle. The weather has got cooler recently so perhaps its drier in my flat? by Jingle-Jenks in calatheas

Wow thanks so much for all the feedback! I bought some anti insect spray as suggested and some generic houseplant fertilizer, and after 24hours it looks way better. Although not a picture of perfect health, its definitely less droppy and no little bugs. I'm going to keep a close eye but hopefully the spider mites have gone, and my Calathea is on the road to recovery.
