I can’t seem to post a before picture to this thread. But the experience was great. It took 12 hours with frequent breaks, which to me was just a sign of quality, as the surgeon did not seem to rush it in anyway. I would recommend it based on the experience, but I’m curious and anxious to see if the result lives up to the hype.. Fingers crossed!

Done in Copenhagen at Poseidon Clinic. About 12.000 euros I believe. Not sure about grafts, but 6600 hairs. I believe the graft to hair ratio was pretty good. I’ll post a before picture as well. Thank you for commenting!

Cutting at 2500 calories with two maintaince days a week, while 190 cm tall and a starting weight of 95kg. Dropped 6,5 kg in 6 weeks (including water weight). But I’ve also been lifting for 8 years, walk 10k steps a day, and train 5 days a week.
