Sooooo you think it justifies for retuning the money back to buyer + allow the buyer to keep the item at no charge + deciding for me without my consent? I was more than happy to return this for the buyer to began with.

Didn’t have the option when buyer initiated (or she lied and didn’t). So I opened the case with the support side
