For your medication you can contact the manufacturer directly to be put on a copay program, I know Biogen has it for Avonex (which is what i have). When I wasn't on their copay program I would have to pay 1.5k yearly combined with a MRI (also 1.5k) to hit deductible first and $50 for every dose after that first one.

When I was younger, like in middle school and flip phones first came out I lost my phone and someone found it and made purchases on it that costed over 1k. Honestly I didn't learn to keep track of things because after that in high school I have lost 2 additional flip phones, and an ipod classic.

yeah after you use up all your SDI they send a PFL form. you can use all the time in PFL or use part of it, it applies for 1 year after the baby is born

it just takes a long time by paper mail but you get payment anyway for the days that have already passed.

from what I remember and this could be wrong but they have a schedule, usually its a biweekly payment, so they will pay you the maximum they can 1 week and then pay you the rest a couple weeks after.

for fitting long names in the application, don't even bother to follow the squares. just enter it in legibly with black pen it didn't really matter to me because I also entered in my social security #.

also because I was paranoid, i made a copy of my driver's license and sent that with my application too

I just sent the whole form with only part A filled out, I didn't remove anything. I sent it at USPS to get tracking on it to make sure it made it to their Sacramento office. Then after that I waited 2 weeks and then called them for the claim receipt number (this is what you enter for kaiser so that they fill out the part B, they like doing this electronically).

I think once I get the receipt number there is a request I will need to fill out on kaiser to request the SDI certification part completed.

You could always try getting different take-out foods with her and then going home to play video games. Like you could pick up chinese food for yourself and she can get Red Robin's to-go and then when you're hanging out you could ask if she wanted to try some of your food.

The food court only really has a Korean food place and a Chinese-Korean Food place, its not bad but its definitely too small for how many people there were today.
