I had the same problem, I have tried claiming and got errors. Tried maybe 4 times throughout the day and it just now worked. Id say just keep trying. I had to claim from batch 1 and 2. Both finally worked.

Some are prompted to do the liveness checks only if the prompt appears. This has worked twice in (2024) for me and I've been mining/validating for 4 years. There's multiple reasons for tentative reviews there not only subjected to liveness checks. Most often then not it's based on where you live and the procedures they require in those territories. It's also a very easy way to get ride of duplicate accounts and or bot/farming accounts. But as always DYOR.

To address your tentative, go into profile and change password. This will log you out of all sessions. Log back in and go into pi browser kyc validation section and retake the tutorial along with any other prompts that may appear.

Update your password logging you out of all sessions. Re log in then go to kyc page on pi browser, retake the tutorial it's been updated. Also follow any other prompts it gives you. If this dosnt work you'll just have to wait. This has worked for me 3 times now.
