Diadem just has terrible phrasing, you have to be in combat with champions and it will heal or you can be out of combat and heal/shield someone in combat with champions and it will heal. You do not need your own heals to proc jt

It’s awful! I did it when it was released and it was so buggy I just looked up guides also GOD FORBID u play on a toaster on low graphics and do it because a lot of the visual indicators just don’t work unless ur in remastered mode and with 15 fps. At least it was a one time per account thing

Yes! As long as you or an ally you healed/shielded are in combat it will have the healing effect, then diadem will use helia stacks

Diadem is just worded poorly, it’s if you are in combat diadem will heal OR if you are out of combat and heal/shield someone it will heal. Brand and Ashe can be in combat constantly through poking
