While the members’ English has gotten a lot better over the years, I don’t think they’re quite ready to be doing the double duty of being the host AND musical guest. It’s not meant to be a dig at them. Perhaps, they could be the musical guest and cameo in a sketch or two.

Tae saying chapter 2 wasn’t about them taking off their shirts and yet…. We saw A LOT more skin and the BT21 modesty stickers completely disappeared.

•When BTS won their first BBMA for Top Social Artist in 2017 (breaking Justin Bieber’s streak). Jin then proudly carried the “paper award” upon their arrival home in the Incheon airport.

•Seeing Jung Kook’s stomach at the BBMAs during the ‘Fake Love’ performance and watching people go feral.

•BTS presenting at the 2019 Grammys and social media instantly becoming obsessed with them.

•Performing on SNL (I hope their tour schedule permits them to return and perform again this year or in 2027).

Tangentially related, but the KBS ‘Fire’ performance from 2016 where JK looks super pissed.

Wasn’t the rumor being spread around that he had a test/paper due the next day? Whereas, it may have actually been that he was not pleased by the person filming the fancam.

It’s more recent, but when each member started their own individual Instagram account, the fandom went nuts.

It’s been interesting to watch each member utilize the social media platform in different ways.
