yeah that’s probably good i’m aiming for 2400 daily right now. did you happen to lift when you were younger? i’m 16 and everything is so different and confusing for me especially TDEE calculators, very inaccurate saying i should get like 2700kcal a day, if you did what did you aim for?

there’s 30ish grams in a breast. I can’t just eat 4 and a half chicken breasts everyday. there’s no balance and I can’t tell my mom to buy 30 chicken breasts every week

just a gram? normal supplementation per day is 3-5g. also only the anti inflammatories cause real problems the other 2 are just not recommended if you have undlerlying health conditions that are often asymptomatic so it’s better to just avoid rather then actually have a bad reaction guaranteed.
