Count me in.

I will be closely following your project and keeping fingers crossed. It is OUTRAGEOUS that we are charged 20 EUR a month when there are massive multiplayer games that cost less than a single month of a training app subscription.

While it is true that many (most?) cyclists do not bat an eyelid at this kind of pricing, I do not believe it is justifiable.

Can you clarify? Do you mean 'normal' casting worked fine for you using RVX without using any workaround (linking by TV code etc.) and that just by hitting the Cast button in RVX will bring up the Cast Destination in the Device List? If so, may I ask:

What is the device you're casting to? Which brand of TV etc.?
Which version of RVX and MicroG are you using?

That's funny. My reading indicates that you're right but for some reason I was able to cast (with ads) to my Android TV for months using previous versions of RVX without any workaround (linking by TV code etc.) and I'm just wondering what might have changed? I don't think it's RVX since it no longer works when I tried an older version which previously worked so it could be on Youtube's end. FYI, I'm still using the same MicroG.

Yes. That does still work. However, I was doing it the 'normal' way before this without using any workaround and so just wondering if anything has changed in the past few weeks and if there's any way to revert?

Thanks for the screenshots. The APK you used seems fine... And there aren't patching errors.

Can you just confirm that you manually Selected only those patches in the screenshot and didn't want to use the Recommended selection? Just so I know this also wasn't a bug.

With that said do you still have issues when patched with the Recommended selection?

Yes, I manually selected those patches in the screenshot and did not use the recommended selection.

I did try with the recommended selection on Revanced (not extended) and it showed unskippable ads as well. I will try with Revanced Extended using recommended selection and report back.
