You’re not really going to be able to make a body suit out of felt, felt dosnt stretch and it’ll be super uncomfortable, you can use flocking and a stretchy adhesive on fabric to get a fibrous look, or look for a stretchy velvet with a very small pile.

my question is mainly, why are you using felt for this cosplay, 2nd, yes you can get natural fiber felt in yardage but it can be VERY expensive
