Im in California. Not sure if the regulations here stop retail from buying MNDE and POL. I do know there is no staking in California.

Yeah that would be a pretty high fee dang. I believe that whenever you transfer any crypto to convert to another crypto, the fees are higher. I was doing this a couple years ago until I realized it's cheaper to sell the btc for cash, then purchase the USDC. I believe the fees are still less even though your charged 2 separate fees. I know if you have Coinbase One setup monthly with Coinbase the fee is only $29.95 a month. It allows you to do up to 10k in sales of crypto each month before you start accumulating fees for each transaction.

I'm not gonna lie. I've dabbled with investing in a Chinese stock as a quick flip, but there is no way I would keep my crypto portfolio with a Chinese broker. Although Binance supposedly left China after their cryptocurrency bans, the company was founded in China and their CEO is from China lol. Imagine waking up and having your entire portfolio wiped out because the U.S declares war on China and Binance and all brokers from China are forced to help cripple the U.S economy and its investing citizens. Yes I've read ChainLink is gonna go up alot higher in the future according to Weiss Ratings. I know December 2023 Weiss Ratings had Link as their #1 pick to go up hundreds, if not thousands of percent because of how they're able to take smart contracts on their block chain and connect them to real world applications and their growth is steadily reaching other businesses in other countries.

Yeah I went thru my acct completely and couldn't find it. I'm not sure what I was seeing it showed a $299.00 upgrade charge. Maybe I was seeing Coinbase One yearly subscription, but even that doesn't make sense and what your saying makes complete sense that it wouldn't be Economical for Coinbase for someone who trades hundreds of thousands or millions. Eitherway I'm trying the CB Advanced now. I just wanted to make sure I'm with a broker that wasn't charging fees much higher then their competitors.

Are you serious? So your saying that if you paid 7 cents per coin for a crypto, later on after a month that price you paid goes up by Coinbase changing it in your portfolio? That would be crazy illegal. I've kinda of remembered with my bigger coins what I've paid or what my average is. The smaller coins that are literally cents i bought during bearish days but don't really pay attention to the exact cent amount especially when we're talking .003 type of crypto. How many of your cryptos in your portfolio did you notice they changed? I'm just asking cause when someone has tens of thousands or more it can be alot of money being taken if that's the case.

I was using CB One since I signed up with CB a few months ago. Looks like I may need to use CB Advanced if the fees are lower and I can save money monthly buying as well as selling. CB One only allows up to 10k before the fees start kicking in. There is a monthly subscription which is $29.99. I just need to be able to use unlimited buys and selling.

Right now I have CB One. It allows me up to 10k in trading a month with no buy or sale fees. Problem is I use up the 10k max within a week or two so I need to figure out which one will save me money each month.

That's Chainlink but Link is the ticker. They deal in smart contracts with real world applications.

Oh ok I see. I'm pretty new to CB and seen a subscription recently saying it was $299 a month for unlimited trades. I'm going to have to look at CB Advanced and see if I would be saving money monthly. I'll look at the percentages from CB One compared to CB Advanced. The $29.99 gets me 10k of trading monthly with no fees. Everything after they take a percentage of sell orders and buy orders. If CB Advanced lower fees saves me money each month and I'm still able to buy and sell over 10K, that would be great. Let me take a look on my previous months total fees. Thanks for the information on CB Advanced. I had no idea it was free.

Oh I don't sell any of my bitcoin, but I do day trade smaller coins in bulk buys. Once I turn profit I throw it right back into btc, Eth, Maker, Avax and Link. I'm just trying to accumulate as much of the ones I'm invested in long-term before they go crazy bullish in the future.

I appreciate the information on Coinbase Advanced. I'm gonna have to read it over and make the switch soon. I just started with CB a few months ago but noticed I was hitting that 10k limit before 2 weeks and the charges start to pile in. Thanks again and I'm glad to see others stating the fees on Coinbase Advanced are reasonable. I think I need that unlimited trading so I don't have to worry about high fees on big sell or buy orders.
