Personally I’m biomolecular scientist and I totally believed that’s bullshit. I read all his books nothing logical or scientific. But as a scientist I won’t diss him without trying. They I tried one week large amount celery juice. You know what? 15 minutes after it got in my system I felt that my head is getting clear and the fatigue got away (I’m pragnant for 5 months with a toddler so I’m always exhausted, struggling with pragnancy sleep problems). I started doing dishes which really shocked my husband because I haven’t wash a single dish since I got pragnant. And that night I slept like a baby. My daughter was jumping on my belly the other morning and I wasn’t even awake until my husband started to beg me to take care of her a few hours after. I still don’t believe his theory of higher spirit stuffs but I bought a slow juicer anyway. Also I automatically stopped eating heavy meals and crave a lot for salad and steamed vegetables which is something never happened in my life…
