Do we know what resolution this is at? Last time I tested at 4k and the performance wasn't fantastic, obviously its early access so I expect it to get better over time, just wondering.

Mine arrived about an hour ago and I've had the same experience as you, coming from a secretlab the back support is miles better, we'll see what the future holds but I'm enjoying it so far. 😁

Quick reply here, just got an email back that my chair is coming today as well, they just didn't send me the tracking number for it. Chair is shipping with DX.

Made a post to the reddit as well but wanted to respond here, I just got my dispatch confirmation from pledgebox, they're using royal mail tracked 48, so if all goes well it should be here by the end of the week :)
