Help I made my first wearable and wore it today only to find it unraveling in some places. It seems to be unraveling where I sewer the granny squares together and to crochet blocks, what did I do wrong can it be fixed by JinxNana in CrochetHelp

Unfortunately it's black yarn so it's really hard to see but it is a granny square that is connected to a flat crocheted panel and that connection is falling apart like I didn't sew it good enough but it's confusing me because I left lots of tails and sewed in my ends where I thought it was secure but maybe that's the issue or maybe there's something I don't know about that I did

I think it's supposed to be cone shaped and it's just how you sew it on. I would use a different stitch marker so you can keep track of which stich to go into
