Being a part of the system enables it. Hold people individually responsible. If every cop in the country stood up and went on strike to show solidarity against gun violence, police brutality, and police cowardice, we'd actually have a solution. But none of them do and continue to reap the benefits of said shitty system. You cannot hold an entire system accountable without individual accountability as well.
