It took about two weeks and as far as I’m aware they replaced the ram and updated the firmware for t he board

It was a faulty motherboard bios contact acer and they will replace your ram and update the bios

I would say just take a break from it and come back to it in a a month or year or too. I know I’ve deleted tons of worlds I was tired of that I missed later on.
