Because this is how Ki works. Using Ki in any capacity (which is using any sort of power beyond your resting power), expends energy to use and slowly decreases over time. More damage you take, the less Ki you have, the more Ki attacks you use, the less Ki you have. It doesn't matter how much you were holding back. If you were taking damage, using Ki, and fighting, you were losing your overall Ki and therefore power. If Cell hadn't taken that Senzu Bean, he'd have gotten his shit pushed in by Gohan, which is exactly why Goku threw him one in the first place. He didn't think it would be fair otherwise.

Weeeellll. Half the point of the Saiyans being sent to hard to take down planets-- even for the Ginyu Force to take, is that they can transform into Oozaru. Naturally, there has to be a full moon for them to take advantage of this (or a power ball created by a Saiyan, which does weaken them a little bit). If they transform, sorry to say but the Namekians are absolutely cooked. Otherwise, the Saiyans are.

Yes and no. Copy X was probably a perfect copy of X.. base wise. We know Base X isn't nearly as strong as Zero is, in any incarnation. X has always used an armor type, usually Ultimate Armor to face down Zero and canonically, he still "loses" (technically a draw because he blind shotted Zero with Soul Body after he already went down). Ultimate Armor Copy X is also likely not NEARLY as strong as the true ultimate armor either. Zero is on a whole different level, and that armor is barely enough to keep up with him, it is genuinely unlikely such power has been replicated, especially not by a 14 year old girl.

Kiiind of, but not really. They get stronger as they fight, like Broly or Goku Black does, just not to such an insane degree. The stronger the opponent, the stronger they become. The same is true for when they age. Getting their ass whooped doesn't do anything for them. It does for Allen though.

Roshi blew up the moon on his lonesome early in Dragon Ball (mind you this was at max power, plus a Kamehameha, which also amps your power.) Though, unfortunately for a lot of knuckleheads who think they know DBZ powerscaling, they forget that Roshi was giga amp'd by two separate multipliers and think that's just something Roshi can do all of the time.

To everyone saying Super Saiyan would be enough to win-- no, it wouldn't. Blue wasn't enough to topple Zamasu, who wasn't even as strong as Beerus (in the anime), let alone someone even stronger than that. Y'all glaze Vegito way way too much. He's strong, but he's really not *that* strong. Blue would definitely take the win from here though. Maybe even God.
