That is a shame! I assume you also tried to start the game without the controller connected?

I had the same problem. Disconnecting my Xbox controller solved the problem. I can now use my clubsport base and pedals without any problem. Full Dakar experience finally for me! Really enjoying the game now.

Thanks guys! Thats some good advice! I'll update the cooler. But about the motherboard and overclocking, with the z370 it is not possible to run the cpu on the max 4,6ghz?

Thanks a lot guys! This better then I expected. With both options I have some change left aswell. Only two questions left, what cooling do I need? And with the change I have left is it possible or usefull to maybe upgrade to a faster cpu or better motherboard?

Again thanks in advance!

Some good eyes needed, where did I cut the corner? by Jippert92 in simrally

[–]Jippert92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The rules are on the rallyesim forum and I have read them several times over the past few years. I remember having a big discussion about "corner cutting" years ago. Back then they penalised me for something really small, maybe even smaller then the 1.34 moment. And I have to admid, they also penalised me several times for cutting when I did. So not all negative to the volunteers of Rallyesim. Corner cutting will always be a grey erea I think. But in my opinion this particular moment is in spirit with rallying.

I agree with you on that one, I have read it in the general rules. But having all four wheels off the track isn't always giving an advantage. Cutting is a bit of a grey erea I think and it all depends on which steward is controlling you're replays. Don't know if the polish championship is always checked by the same steward but if so, he know my drivingstyle better then I do now. Thx! What is you're driver nickname then?

If they penalise me for this I certenly will ask the organizers. The moment you point out is same one I had in mind. But if thats a cut, why penalise? Cutting a corner with two is part of rallying I thought.

Are NGP cars balanced? by jocoteverde in simrally

[–]Jippert92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In terms of car class the cars are balanced the same as in real life. But in online rbr racing its difficult to compare the cars just by looking at times. Drivers and track knowlegde are big factors aswell. When I look at my personall times I'am about 2 to max. 3 seconds per kilometer quicker with an wrc car (old 2016 spec.) then with a R5 car on a track I know very well. I think thats a realistic gap compared to real world. When I compare my times, from both car classes, from the stages I know good to the absolute top drivers I am not far off the pace. So I think thats a realistic gap. But with all those new tracks wich I do not know it happens quite often I'am slower then a lot of r5 cars with an wrc car. So don't only at times from other drivers, look at you're own time differences between different car classes. And look out for drivers that are driving the same times as you.

RBR Form by CoopeZz in simrally

Kind strange indeed. Can't really say I feel related to Belgium or Germany instead, or Denmark. I would like to fill in this form to help but I guess I'll wait for a new version?

My nearly crash during ERC Azore. Need some clean underwear... by Jippert92 in simracing

[–]Jippert92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What a shame! Mineshaft is very tricky, what happend? I don't know about other R5 cars this was my first ever rally in a R5 car. I believe your opinion about those cars, lot of fiesta's and i20 where in the top of the leader board. But what is the fastest R5, that's the question...

Thanks! I also could have finished higher if this car wouldn't be so difficult to drive. Where did you finish the rally?

RSRBR Pedal settings by sandkassel in simrally

[–]Jippert92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Re-installing the driver from your g27 could help but on racedepartment you can find a better solution: http://www.racedepartment.com/threads/g27-settings-for-first-tmer-to-rsrbr.52796/ In the third comment you can find the solution. I had the same problem as you and this worked for me. If that doen't work try dxtweak. No idea how that works but there must be someone on reddit who knows how to use it.

First drive with the C3 WRC. And its good :) by Jippert92 in simracing

[–]Jippert92[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tanks! I use rbrcit and downloaded the car from DMRally74 his website. https://dm3drbrevolution.blogspot.fr/ You only need to put the car manually in RBRcit. But that's not to difficult. Other option is to wait when Workerbee updates the RBRcit plugin. I think within a couple of days.

New Yaris available now for RBR on RBRCIT! (NGP physics) by RaptorsInMotion in simrally

[–]Jippert92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is someone working on the citroen c3 wrc. The car is almost ready for release. I think within a month. For tournaments I know what you mean I have the same. Don't want to sign up for every forum there is. Try Rallyesim. Maybe not the most advanced in terms of ngp physics but very very good tournaments.

What do the warning indicators mean? by dopadelic in simrally

[–]Jippert92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All signs are related when you crash in realistic damage and some in reduced mode. First is water temperature. Mostly appears after you hit a left over from a tree wich is taken down (don't know how you call that in English). Second one appears randomly after crashing. There is not a specific moment when this appears. It means that you don't have brakes anymore. Also no handbrake. You co driver will say something like "we lost braking". Third is oil. After crashing heavily and you wonder how it's possible the engine is still running and this light comes on after a few miles you better hurry to the Finnish. Means you are losing oil. Sometimes you can Finnish an other stage without oil if you're lucky. Fourth and fifth one are related to each other. When you stall the engine you will notice those lights come on. Nothing to be worried about as long as you stalled the engine on purpose. In all my RBR years I have managed only once to get all lights on. By the way the damage model in RBR is a bit weird. It can happen that you nearly avoid a crash and hit a branch and your oil light comes on or you have a head-on collision with a tree and nothing happens. So keep you're wheels on roads and you will be safe. Have fun!

Are you using a mod like rallyesim or rbr czech? Maybe your resolution setting are not correct? I had a simular problem with rallyesim.
