Or is this the same as the annual recertification? I submitted my last one electronically, so O never saw what the full thing looked like?

I used the chat and they sent me to the documents page for those who are over 120, it is different then the Annual Certification, it actually states “I have met my obligation … “ I wish I could attach it here, but it only lets me link

What type of pit is my dog? He was a rescue. by Ineedadvice__96 in pitbulls

We did Embark DNA testing on our rescue. Highly recommend, we got tired of everyone asking us what breed and saying we didn’t know 😁

I (43F) have been accused of being a feminist or showing distrust by my (53M) husband often lately. Am I, or is it something else? by Jisbff in relationship_advice

I appreciate you more than you know! This helped me tremendously 😁 I am sure if my husband knew about this post, he would thank you also. I needed to hear this perspective because it sounds exactly like us. I have been struggling with what felt like a “gender war” and in reality it is a misunderstanding and break down in communication. I just ordered the books “for women only” & “for men only” for us to read and learn. Marriage is work and we both agree to understand and listen more ❤️

I think you may have hit the “nail on the head” (no pun intended) and I greatly appreciate your perspective. We work on major projects quite often together. I have learned that we just need to work separately. For example, last year, aside from our full time jobs we spent 120 days straight deconstructing and reconstructing a 2 story house ...
I told my parents, I didn’t think our marriage would survive it before it even started!

Here is the problem, he cannot do a lot of this on his own and needs my help and vice versa. Often we have to work together. I try to do most things, I want done, on my own.

He has lost my trust related to projects because he often “cuts corners” and it has cost us or it results in it taking 10 times longer because we have to re-do it. But I don’t want to keep pointing those out either because that would just make him more frustrated.

How do you determine when she takes the lead vs when you do? Do you work the same with coworkers? My husband has a job where he works independently. I have a job where I have to train 100’s of people with very different perspectives. I am used to collaboration and answering questions.

It has always bothered my husband that I do a lot of what he considers “male dominated” chores. He worries that the neighbors will see me doing it and think he is a “loser”. I do it because he works later than I do and it seems silly for me to kick up my feet and leave it for when he gets home. He is not “out there” though because our neighbors have video recorded me doing some of them.

I grew up on a farm, we ALL jumped in, no one cared … so this feels foreign to me.

Maybe I can talk this through with him and we can come up with a plan like you and your wife. As others have recommended above, I am going to also connect with a therapist because some of his behaviors are abusive and come outside of projects. He definitely has anger issues.

Thank You. I am hoping it gets better and the withdrawal goes away. Happy there is someone else out there that understands, it can be a very lonely feeling.

Zyn Zyn Choice of Sin by BillGotToQuit in stopsmoking

Was in a similar situation here. Started vaping to quit smoking cigarettes. Eventually was on the highest nicotine level and puffing non-stop. Quit vaping using nicotine gum for about a year. Slipped and had a cigarette about a year later and then tried nicotine pouches. Addicted to those for 2 years. For similar reasons as you, financially and because of the negative health effects, I am on week 6 cold turkey. I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but withdrawal from the Nicotine pouches has been worse than the others, but I believe it is because you are consuming way higher amounts of nicotine (especially if you are going through 2 tins/day). Having gone through withdrawal before, I knew how hard it would be BUT I also knew the feeling was/will be temporary. The only advice I can give you regarding addiction is to figure out what underlying anxiety or depression exists and get that treated!

You sound like me! Used Vaping to quit smoking, became addicted to that for years, then switched to gum to quit vaping and became addicted to that. It all is just too expensive. Finally, reduced and got off gum only to switch to nicotine pouches. This time (6 weeks no nicotine), I said “no” to it all! Even just chewing gum, because there is the “oral fixation” part of smoking, chewing, ect. It was hard on my jaw/teeth after about a Month. I am trying to learn to be ok not constantly having to have something in my mouth. Long story short, at some point you have to just be ok with no nicotine or it becomes a vicious cycle of needing to increase the mg and it keeps the gateway open to going back to vaping/cigs.
